“If you can feel it you can change it.”
My hope is that my students will out grow me. That they would receive the self adjustment tools I offer and not need me to help them rebalance their bodies, minds and emotions. Whether my student is on the the floor or a table it is the sense of play and self discovery that intrigues me most about this work. I am a Cortical Field Reeducation Instructor and CranioSacral and Visceral Manipulation Therapist.

I discovered CFR via the physical therapy continuing education route. I fell in love with CFR and found it to be the missing link in my 30 year journey as a physical therapist. I bring a calm presence, genuine interest in my student, a strong biomechanical foundation and pure love for the magic of CFR into my work. Currently, I am teaching floor lessons on Zoom and seeing individuals in my office by appointment.
Kora started her journey into body awareness in 2009 to cure herself from chronic back pain. Today she is grateful for everything she got to experience and learn – for herself and for working with her students. She offers her students the possibility to feel their physical, mental and emotional truth and to work towards desired changes. Her compassion, presence and sensitivity are wonderful tools in her group teachings and individual sessions. She also creates workshops where students can dive deep into personal (movement) work to find an easier, more peaceful way of living.

After completing my undergraduate degree and becoming a certified athletic trainer, I went on to graduate school and became a physical therapist in 1989. I have taken a wide variety of continuing education classes, more recently biased toward osteopathic techniques, and have a diverse skill set. One of those classes was my first exposure to CFR at the Esalen Institute in September 2015 and it has forever changed my life, given me a more functional body and continues to do so every day.
Kasia has been a CFR teacher since 2000. Currently, she lives in Poland where she combines her background in psychology, psychotherapy, and cranio-sacral therapy into expanding awareness of Somatic Education.

Consider me your ally. I offer my guests an environment of compassionate curiosity where they learn how to notice habitual patterns of movement or thought, patterns which were created and cemented in other times and circumstances and control daily decision-making. With awareness and acceptance, the habitual behaviours and rules can be updated. Instead of erasing habits, my guests build up a broader range of choices in response to the world around them.
