ISABEL PRYSTAWIK

Vernon, British Columbia, Canada

Consider me your ally. I offer my guests an environment of compassionate curiosity where they learn how to notice habitual patterns of movement or thought, patterns which were created and cemented in other times and circumstances and control daily decision-making. With awareness and acceptance, the habitual behaviours and rules can be updated. Instead of erasing habits, my guests build up a broader range of choices in response to the world around them.
